Raindrop Car Wash - Roebuck

The owner of this car wash is on it! The customer service is great, and most of the washes come out just right. I have no complaints. I do think having a bug-wash station available before entry for customers to use would be a great addition. The prices feel a little high in today’s economy, but I also understand that a car wash can be considered more of a luxury expense.

Awful customer service!! Left to repair damages on our vehicle due to employee's negligence. 3rd week my wife still hasn't heard anything about a claim. Place is terrible and not the same, manager needs a attitude adjustment and training. No way a customer should have to experience this at a car wash, especially after a year and the money they spend!!

This place is so unprofessional!! I was overcharged, showed proof that I was charged twice for a $20 carwash and refused a refund by the manager. He then proceeded to call the police and lied, and I said I wouldn't leave. I left so things didn't go further and called the police myself around the corner. I have never been treated or felt so embarrassed at a place of business in my life. And calling corporate is a waste of time they don't care!

Been a customer for almost a year, never any issues until earlier this month. As my vehicle was being guided in by an employee. My car got damaged, nothing major but damaged was caused, and very visible to the employee and so called manager. Manager was very rude, unwilling to listen and very smug! Called the police before even giving the proper information on how to handle the situation. It's been a week and I haven't heard one thing about my claim. And to show the maturity of the employee they have representing this establishment, he notice us in traffic yesterday as he was standing on business grounds and was making hand gestures and what we felt antagonizing!! What a joke!! And to the owner if your team followed the company's procedure, I would have been able to report, document, everything before even leaving your establishment. But I wasn't even giving the opportunity to. But hey who cares right? So you good Mr. Owner!!
